COVID-19 “New York on Pause” FAQs

When will you open for the season?

WE ARE OPEN UNDER NEW GUIDELINES. We will abide by all restrictions and guidelines recommended by the CDC, WHO, and NYSDOH. If you have any questions or concerns, we prefer you contact us by email at info1@ledgeview.com. We can also be reached by phone at (518) 798-6621, Mon – Thurs, 8 am – 7 pm.

What facilities and amenities will be open?

Our swimming pool, bathroom, laundry rooms, rec hall and playground are open. There are certain restrictions and guidelines we must abide by on opening our public spaces. We will adhere to all restrictions and guidelines recommended by the CDC, WHO, and NYSDOH.

May I have visitors during our stay?

For the health and safety of our guests and staff, visitors will not be permitted. Once NY Guidelines are moderated regarding social distancing we will adjust the guest policy.

What is the cancellation policy?

Like you, we are experiencing the impact COVID-19 is having on the world and understand that you may need to change your travel plans. Let us first encourage you to change your date if at all possible. As a small, family-owned and operated business, we would love the opportunity to host you later this season or next and we are happy to make date adjustments at no charge. We appreciate your support and understanding during these unprecedented and challenging times.

What are you doing to maintain clean & sanitized facilities?

Our office/store will be open with efforts made to allow for little to no contact with our campers. There is a hand sanitizer station outside the office door; no more than 4 people allowed inside the office at a given time; all merchandise is secured in a restricted area for staff only to handle, and face masks will be required. We have also placed sanitizer stations outside each laundry room.

Once NY State COVID-19 restrictions allow us to have our restrooms and rec facilities open, we will work diligently to ensure the safest and most sanitary environment for you.

What are our responsibilities?

We ask you, our guests, to be responsible for your own safety at all times while in our Park. We encourage you to wash your hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom, before eating, and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing. If you or anyone in your party develops symptoms related to the COVID-19 virus, please notify us immediately and follow CDC guidelines including contacting your health care provider and self-quarantine for 14 days. If someone in the park is confirmed positive for COVID-19 or suspects that they may have the virus, we will notify our local board of health and follow their direction.

We would strongly encourage all guests to have their own family plan in the event the situation changes.

You must practice social distancing of at least six (6) feet from others. When not able to keep 6 feet distancing, please wear a mask. You are expected to wear a mask when entering a facility or if approaching other guests or team members, but not while at your own campsite or within your RV.

How will we know of any changes and alerts?

Please download “CampersApp." It is FREE and we will send alerts through this app or by email. The best feature of this app is the Store Button. You can shop online and we will deliver to your site. This app has many great features; please download it in your smartphone app store before your arrival!
